Working Credit Incentive Policy

Tremendous

  • I understand that in order to receive my incentive I must share an accurate and active email address or mobile phone number (that can receive SMS) with Working Credit. 
  • I understand that if I would like to send my incentive to another person (e.g. family member or friend) that I must provide their name and an accurate and active phone number or email address for them. 
    • Additionally I understand that Working Credit will not disclose any information regarding myself, my participation in the program, or the incentive – including the status of the incentive – with the other party, even if I grant permission to do so.
  • For those receiving their incentive via Tremendous:
    • I understand that I must select and redeem my gift card within 5 years. After 5 years the offer will be voided and Working Credit will not be able to issue a replacement.
    • I understand that if I select Visa as my gift card option:
      • Visa gift cards expire 6 months after being redeemed
      • Visa gift cards can not be combined with another form of payment. Visa gift cards can only be used for making purchases that are of equal or lesser value to the balance on the card. Therefore, I understand that it’s possible that I may lose part of my incentive if I select a Visa gift card and can not meet this stipulation. For example:
        • Example #1: You use your $25 Tremendous Visa gift card at the gas station but use only $24.98. Unless you use the Visa card to make a purchase of $0.02 you will lose that $0.02.
        • Example #2: You want to use your $25 Tremendous Visa card at the gas station for $30, thinking you will use the $25 on the Visa card and $5 in cash. The gas station will not be able to charge payment to the Visa card because the total exceeds the balance on the card.
    • After receiving my initial offer from Tremendous, any issues accessing or using my gift card will need to be directed to help@tremendous.com

Please note that there is NO option to recieve the incentive by mail, in-person, or via check, cash, physical gift card or other physcial form of payment. No exceptions will be allowed.
